‘ESCAPE TO OZ’

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

 

​The ‘Escape to Oz’ is a 3-hour long experience. We kindly ask you to leave, at the time allocated on your ticket. This is to allow for the next family to get parked for the following session as carparking is limited.

We have the right to ask anyone to leave who stays over their session time and or behaves offensively at the event.

Tickets are only valid for the time and date stated and are non-refundable.

Bicycles are not permitted

Tickets must be shown via email or print to gain entry on arrival.

Tickets cannot be transferred to other dates or times.

Please disclose how many cars you will bring to the ‘Escape to Oz’ event at Clandeboye Estate before checking out. This is to secure your parking space. There will be no charge for car parking.

Please only bring the number of cars that you select in the box, failure to do so may result in you having to find alternative parking outside of Clandeboye Estate.

We would like to remind you that it’s a wild forest trail and would advise welly boots and other appropriate clothing and footwear. Please dress appropriately to avoid disappointment.

Parents must be responsible for young children at all times.

A lake runs along side part of the trail so we advise that young children are closely supervised.

Dogs are welcome at the event; however owners must keep their dogs on leads and are fully responsible for cleaning up after their pet.
